Customer Supplied Parts
Please be advised that any work performed using customer-supplied parts will carry no warranty or guarantee on the parts, labour, or services provided.
We caution that customer-supplied parts, particularly those ordered from the internet or through unknown suppliers, may be of inferior quality or counterfeit. In such cases, we reserve the right to replace the customer-supplied part with one of our recommended, higher-quality products.
If a customer-supplied part is found to be faulty or incorrect after installation, it will need to be removed. This process may be time-consuming, and associated labour costs will apply. Additionally, the vehicle may remain stationary in our workshop, preventing further work from being completed until the correct part is sourced and installed.
Please note that our workshop space is limited. As such, while waiting for the correct part, the vehicle will occupy space and prevent us from working on other vehicles. Therefore, the usual hourly labour charges will apply during this waiting period.
Completion of work
Vehicle Collection Notice
Please ensure your vehicle is collected within 24 hours of completion. We are unable to provide storage beyond this time frame. A daily fee of £20 will be added to the invoice for vehicles not collected within the specified period, unless prior arrangements have been agreed.
Requested work
Please ensure that all work requirements are clearly communicated at the time of booking. On the day of the repair or service, we may not be able to accommodate additional requests.
