Any work performed with customer supplied parts carries no warranty or guarantee on any parts, labour, or services.

These parts could be inferior or counterfeit, especially when ordered from the Internet through an unknown supplier. In this case, we would then have to replace the customer supplied part with a recommended product.

If a customer supplied part is faulty, or is the incorrect part, the part must be removed after fitting, which may be a lengthy process and labour costs will be applied. This can leave the vehicle dormant in Green & White workshop, without being able to be moved or having work completed until the correct part has been obtained.

This takes up our limited space in the workshop, preventing other vehicles work being carried out therefore, the usual hourly labour charge will apply whilst awaiting the correct part.
